| Order Tracking |
| We send tracking numbers through our automated e-mail system. This will allow you to track your goods in Customer Login or with the corresponding freight forwarder. |

| Back Orders |
| On rare occasions, some items may be out of stock. Most back orders will ship within 7–14 days. Back orders are automatically fulfilled as soon as merchandise becomes available. |

| Sales Tax |
| For orders being purchased and shipped to any California address, we collect sales tax which ranges from 8.25% to 9.75%. |

| Cancellation Policy |
| Orders may be canceled anytime before they have been shipped. The only exception would be if a special custom order is already in production. A cancellation number will be assigned upon cancellation of an order. You will need to provide this cancellation number in the event of an order discrepancy. |

| You may return any product purchased through Hanger Store within thirty(30) days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and repackaged in its original packaging materials. All returns must be approved and assigned a return merchandise authorization number.
